From the OS:
Sheffield United v Aston Villa
EFL Sky Bet Championship

United's Sky Bet Championship fixture with Aston Villa scheduled for later this month has now been postponed due to the continuing involvement in the Emirates FA Cup.

The Blades will now be in fourth round action over the weekend of 26th-29th January.

As a result, ticket sales for the Bramall Lane clash with Villa have been suspended until the fixture is rearranged.

Crap. I have flights, accommodation and match tickets all sorted for the villa game for myself and 2 friends. Need the blades to be drawn at home on the 27th.
same, going back for a wedding and saw we had villa at home. Better be someone good now.

What's the likely rearranged date? It'll be some Tuesday night in February won't it?

More than likely.
Poss a televised fixture in Feb if there's a slot.
Sky are good at finding slots over a seven day week.

If we're adding Villa to Leeds for the February home games it will lower the attendance v QPR on Tuesday 20th. Good news for the BLUT plan - more space. But maybe the club will just happen to choose this game to give away 4000 free tickets to infants...

Could mean we are travelling over and there is no game to attend. Will be watching the draw tomorrow night with significantly more interest than usual

How has it gone so far? I haven’t kept up. Not noticed a difference yet; that’s by no means a criticism, just an observation. Keep at it. :) ❤️⚔️
