Gotta agree with 'em.

We'll bottle it.
I can't remember the last time you had anything good to say about us Nuddy.

As anyone got the Samaritans' number for nuddy? If not, Baxters' number will do but he could struggle with the come down from meeting him.

Oh, and by the way, fuck them cunts.

SWFC, Huddersfield, Barnsley and Preston are all in the top half and were very recently in League One
Bristol City, Brentford and Wolves are doing ok
Bournemouth and Southampton have gone even higher

There's no reason why we shouldn't give a good account of ourselves with Wilder driving the team on
And then of course we have the major major major investment to come as well ;)

Every time they start gobbing off about beating us they come seriously unstuck. And vice-versa.

So let the fucking tossers carry on and don't take the bait lads!

This is a popular view from Wednesday fans that the Championship has suddenly turned into the Champions League. I'm not saying the Championship isn't a good league but not much in m view has changed in 6 years. 6 years ago you still had big teams spending huge money in it and clubs like Newcastle, Dirty Leeds, Norwich, Derby etc were in it then or the season before we left. There's been big money in the Championship for over 10 years now and you only have to look at how the Dingles have done to see that teams from League One can compete well at that standard and without spending big. We're getting better as the season goes on and with 3 or 4 more quality signings in the summer or now and we'll be fine in the Championship.

Its Wednesday who appear to be struggling and in need of new players. Their momentum has well and truly gone from last season and the calls for Carlos to leave get bigger by the week, so I think they should concentrate on their own team rather than saying they'll take 6 points of us. They should remember from the early nineties that we won more than we last when they spent millions on their team and we spent thousands and Deano and Dane Whitehouse at a combined cost of £40,000 were more than a match for them.

I wouldn't say that League One is poorer this year than others either! That's just them saying that because we're running away with it at the minute. The season when just over 80 points wont he league was the weak season - the one when Donny won the league.

It is a better league than when we were last there. The money at the top end is beyond ridiculous. The fact is though that the majority of sides who have gone up in the past 3 or 4 seasons have stayed up. Only 3 of the last 12 promoted sides has gone straight back down. Wigan and Burton are struggling this season but this is no surprise. Burton are the smallest club to ever play at that level and Wigan still have a huge wage bill of poor players and 12 year old chairman

Also this league has been much worse in the 6 years we have been down here. In our 2nd season down here it was embarrassing how bad the league was

I'm amazed at how many people see the Championship as some kind of monumental step up from League 1... It's not.

Well the bottom eight of the Championship and top six of League one there is not much to chose between them. To get anywhere near top six of The Championship now though you need to send some serious cash.

The Championship is suddenly La Liga.
The 1st Division is suddenly Isthmian League.
That's pig logic for you.

I watched some of Newcastle v Wednesday match a few weeks ago, let's put it this way I'm in no hurry to watch it again.

I love the "in for a shock" talk . It's like because we are in League One we have been banned from seeing any Championship football at all over the past 6 years.

The pigs are in for a shock if they ever get back to the prem as well.

Things have moved on abit since they were last up there.

I really hate those deluded piggy fuckers more than you can imagine. I remember once pommpey said everytime Wednesday's goals are on sky or the football league on 5 show he spends the entire clip chanting 'fucking piggy cunts'.

I've taken this up and it is brilliantly cathartic.

However, we've won 4-2 away at a side that had not lost for months, to go 4 points clear at the top and those deluded fuckers haven't even played. I see no need for the O.P. - we have more class than that. Them lot are a fucking irrelevance tonight. Should all be about us, Wilder and how fucking brilliant being a Blade is.

Genuinely i dont think there is owt to worry about in the championship, especially whilst we have CW. You can almost feel their panic....will be very interesting next season when we have gone up and have invested wisely again whilst they are infighting again about Carlos the Jackass...me thinks that normal service will soon be restored and they will soon be getting cricked necks as they look up again at their better neighbours.

there worried about us if there making a big deal of us over on porktalk they know were coming up and know if they dont get up this season carlos is gone and the noisy neighbours are on there way utb ftp

Poorest League One and the best ever Championship is the one crumb of comfort the Pork can cling onto right now hence why they'll chant the same mantra, totally ignoring what the likes of Barnsley have achieved this season on a low budget and after they only made the League One playoffs last.

They're like a set of Dorothy's from The Wizard of Oz. They really believe that if they close their eyes, tap their ruby slippers and say something often enough it'll come true, but the facts are that they've got a nice but shite manager and an oh so boring team, while we've got Chris Wilder, (whose one of our own), and a set of players that play proper football and will die for the shirt! Money can't buy you that ya a Piggy tosspots! :D UTB!

The fact that the thread is there in the first place tells you everything you need to know
They are worried
They know that if we go up the most important statistic of all as far as they are concerned will be challenged

Will it be in Carlos we trust at the end of the season (I dont think so )

It scratches and itch, doesn't it? I hate their kit, their grunty supporters and their ground. I even did it during a game of FIFA17 recently vs the swine.

Fucking. Piggy. Cunts.

Looks like they are not relishing United playing in the Championship next year. We need six joyous points off them again.

it's classic pig logic. They're in the Championship, we are not, so suddenly the Championship is an amazing league and we will 'be in for a shock' - it's the same logic that dictates that we are likely to bottle it whilst they are nailed on for promotion.
You cannot talk sense to them, I've tried, my brother is a pig amongst other friends and family and they are all as deluded as each other.

I personally think that the championship is a great league to play in. The quality of the players has increased due to clubs throwing money at the teams in order to reach the prem and its big tv deal payouts. With regards to Wednesday, they have a good team and would probably give us a bit of a hiding with our current squad. Hopefully we can keep the good form going utb!

Looks to me like the piggy cunts are starting to get a tad worried for next season.:eek::eek:

Wednesday have been garbage by their own admission the majority of this season. If it were not for voodoo induced levels of luck they would be nowhere near 6th.

This Bollocks about "in for a shock" is just a pointless thing to say as they are now scared we are going up. The absolute level ten bell ends from Satan's ass after a hell fire vindaloo.

The only thing that's got better in the Championship and the Premiership is the money spent. The players are no different. God anyone would think that players have improved 10 fold since we were last thre when in fact it's no different.

And there it is. "Wednesday have been garbage by their own admission this season". But they sit in 6th spot. Sounds like an amazing league. Ffs we're not worthy let's shut up shop now and not bother.

I know which Sheffield club is on the up and it aint the tuna truffle snorting fuckwits.

I completely understand and agree with most of the sentiments on this thread regarding how we might stack uo against our arrogant neighbours but lets remember that we are in January eh lads? All talk of facing them next year is simply setting ourselves up for another huge fall.

Another fantastic performance and result today but one game at a time. I really hope we muller Walsall, one of the many teams I am utterly sick of playing down here.

Some of us can remember 1991 - no neutral gave us a chance

So what happens - we beat the Pigs 2-0

Remember a couple hundred Porkers came to 'take' the standing area next to the kop, they were nowhere to be seen in the 2nd half

Depends if you have financial backing , certainly massages the step up . Big club , massive club , sleeping giant doesn't help but doesn't hinder in the Championship.

I would like to get there first and then wait for the fixtures list .
