Let’s have it straight, they’re “bricking it” that we’ll do another 2-4 at their place. The best day of my footballing life due to the circumstances and the guff coming from them pre-game. Think the pre-match view from is more them having learnt their lesson to be fair, they haven’t beaten us in fucking ages (apart from the 0-0 win at The Lane) so they’re quite rightly playing their chances down (even though we’re second from bottom and in terrible form). They’ve finally learnt that giving it Billy bollocks like in 2016 can fly back in their face. They’ve also learnt they are not the city’s best club (finally, it’s been a while).

One thing I've noticed, is they think we should expect to beat them because our squad is worth more, much like they did in 2017, because that's pigonomics, more money = more good.

Whereas we're far more realistic, can see we've completely spunked money up the wall and left ourselves with a squad lacking quality and character, the latter is so crucial in derby games, unfortunately from the outside looking in they seem to have a lot more character and fight than us, hence why a lot of Blades are quite apprehensive going into this.

That’s what worries me about this one. If our lot approach this in the same way they have every game this season, then it feels like we could well lose. We’ve been spineless, weak, lazy & riddled with errors all season. If Wilder can’t get them fired up for this one it won’t bode well for any potential relegation scrap.
