Has anyone else noticed how brief the average posts are on Porktalk compared to those on our own esteemed forum ?

Surely this has nothing to do with the fact that the vast majority of their contributors have a certain degree of difficulty assembling a sentence containing more than 17 words , even allowing for use of the highly imaginative and side splittingly funny use of the words ' blunts ' and ' piggies' at least three times ?

Their posts mainly comprise of images of Steve Bruce, Chansiri or Sid James.

They still can't admit that our players are anything other than mediocre, but with a manager who gets the best out of them.

Blind,Blind, Blind,Blind, Blind.

There's a lot of talk on here of the pigs parking the bus at the rust bucket. I don't think that will happen. However relieved they were at getting a draw at BDTBL they were rightly embarrased by their performance. A number of their posters have alluded to this. I expect them to give it a go, and that will be their undoing. I think we may win handsomely, but it is a derby and owt can happen.

I hope they do have a go, we'll properly hurt them. We do better against teams who try and attack and leave spaces we can get the like of Duffy into

So that 'west brom 'fan, one of there's really?
Mountain owl - projecting his/that forum's insecurities onto United.
And then it dissolved into a reight pile of shite which I couldn't read anymore, 'we'd give up promotion for a victory over them'?
Fuck off the opposite is true but if we play half as well as we can we should get both.

Whenever I read their forum I immediately feel the urge to set up a basic English and Grammar school over in S6.

I'd call it Educ8.

They'd all pass on account of missing Educ1-7.

I know a bloke who lives in Wadsley Bridge who is a West Brom fan on account of his grandad playing for them and England. Whether it’s him or not I don’t know. He’s a good bloke though (if it is him).

It’s slightly embarrassing that he’s licking pig arse though

Class of 91 is a cunt. We were looking at the pigs game as of last week hence dropping Sharp and Didsy. Tool of the highest. Sally Cinammon earlier in the thread makes a sensible post. The rest is the usual made up drivel

Then I realise class of 91 isn’t a tool and I’ve misread the entire thing.

Oops. My bad. Apologies in abundance.

Wow, they really are bricking it aren't they?

Their sensible ones say that we will go up but they soon get shot down by the majority of the bitter and twisted arrogants.

They love to hurl abuse as a last line of defence and to cover the short fall for their pathetic team.

Even if we do lose this Derby, it will not be the end of our season, it will merely be a blip but according to the pigs it will derail our season.

I obviously want us to beat them but I honestly won't give it more than a couple of hours thought if we lose as the Leeds game is far far bigger than playing these irrelevant idiots.

We are leaving them trailing behind us at a rapid rate and soon they'll be a dot on the horizon.

Looking forward to the rest of the season and anything other than a loss today will be immense.

Was the player called Walter Boyes? He played in the 1935 FA Cup final and lost to a team he supported as a boy. My Wendy supporting uncle knew him and came to his house (think he was a friend of Walter's cousin) not long after the final.

I see the Chancer has taken a leaf from the Baggies - how to run a football club properly, book.

The Baggies announced in the summer that, following the club’s relegation from the Premier League, match-day prices were being slashed.

They removed ticket categories - meaning that prices against the likes of Birmingham City, Aston Villa and Rotherham and Bolton would be the same - so that an adult wouldn’t pay more than £23 at any given area of the ground.

Only he thought this meant per £ 23 per hour not per game.
