“Sheff Utd just so bloody efficient. Knew exactly how to play us. Bastards.”

My favourite and obviously posted by a proper fan.

Fair play to him/her.
That and this one the only sane comment on there. They both get it.

No Sheffield United controlled two periods of about twenty minutes in each half where they had us locked defending. They made one of those dominant periods count and unlocked us. We failed to make our dominant periods count.”

Pleased to see the Blades have diversified from the disabled market into the autistic one.

If I had 2 heads and three arms, the last place I'd want to visit is Bramall Lane.

I think Norwich's problem all season has been their "happy to be here attitude", evident from their first day hammering at Liverpool. The fans, board, players and manager seem to be content to play "nice" football and convince themselves that they are unlucky. Wilder got a lot of stick in the press for calling out Hendo after the Liverpool match, but he was not happy that we lost out on a point due to someone not doing their job. Farke would presumably have been creaming his keks about how close they came. Wilder would have been furious if we had conceded a goal like yesterdays, an uncontested cross to an unmarked striker in the six yard box. Farke instead praises his players for "giving it everything" and insists they were unlucky. Teams that concede soft goals every week are not unlucky. It is bad defending and bad coaching, i.e. people not doing their job and not being held accountable.

Have we had any luck go our way this season?”

It’s funny. The harder you work, the luckier you get. (Not counting var of course) 😊

Farke Watch
I’ve noticed this a lot, and during match highlights on MOTD, with Farke when he is on the sidelines. He regularly has an index finger under his nose as though he is sniffing something on it to comfort him. God knows what it is?

Here’s an example. Anyone else notice this and have an explanation as to what it might be?

I really don't know, and I'm not making any allegation, simply a comment on his appearance. If the dictionary had pictures in it, his would be the one used for paedophile. No offence Farke

😳
Not sure about that.

When he talks, though, I always think of him as a slightly creepy owner of a German porn & adult toy shop.

If Norwich played football they'd be a decent side, but instead they're more interested in looking for fouls for little or no contact in their own half rather than trying to do anything in attack. They could easily have scored a couple, but somehow created next to nothing beyond those really good chances, and had no spell of real pressure in our box, their second half "domination" posed little or no threat beyond a couple of corners and there wasn't really any sign of the dangerous counter-attacking side that got promoted last season.

One said hope we get into Europe I liked that comment and then one said we don't like them because they had wasted some time......Lets be clear here...That game and we all know what game we are talking about ...They did not waste some time they started it from kick off and they wasted time all of the game...When we are out and about and someone is taking their time I say and others do "Get a move on don't do it the Norwich way" and we all know what is meant by that...don't we?

Norwich City time for you to go back to the championship...find some carrots and have a crunch on them and you can take your time about it when you get there

Thanks Roy

Rich owners. They aren’t planning with Prudence
Sheff Utd and Villa have very rich owners
The replay clearly showed there was no contact on McBurnie – it was pure cheating to add to the thuggery the ref completely ignored.
we dominated the 2nd half.

Yet again someone drags out the investment line.
Yes we have invested but of yesterday’s starting 11 only McBurnie was a new signing. What they should be highlighting but don’t is how essentially the same team as last year has outperformed them by a ridiculous amount.

Norwich’s problem is that they overspent in previous seasons in the PL and carried historic debt. Therefore, they haven’t strengthened this season and that’s been exacerbated by injuries. We’re completely the opposite, we strengthened in the summer and strengthened in the JTW, we always target robust players who rarely get injured and we manage their fitness extremely well.
There isn’t really much Farke can do about their lack of spending and, if you can’t afford players that are good enough, there’s no point digging out the players you’ve got just for not being good enough.

Cheers Panchero!

Tbf, plenty of our supporters know little about other clubs and still comment on them but that’s the most bizarre comment yet. Rich owners? We haven’t had rich owners since we were founded.

Pretty decent comments for the most part and let's face it we're not short of fans with weird opinions ourselves.
No we're not but I just say it as I feel, always liked Norwich but their fans have developed well either a massive ego, or a chip on shoulder.

Also another welcome return for:

Cheers Roygbiv - worth the wait for their site to fix itself.

It's still down! These quotes are from twitter and a few smaller Norwich forums.

Clearly trying to give himself Coronavirus so the squad is quarantined and the season is thrown into chaos. Should be banned.

Hi, I drink pints of bitter and eat pork based products but have a six pack. I am probably best footballer in world but not played for last 7 years. I have a huge dick but other people just don’t see it..........Wait I am that fucking deluded I could be a Norwhich/Brentford/pig fan

Sheffield United fans are a disgrace.... I know we’ve got some idiots at games like any club but would anyone actually pick a fight on a couple in their 50’s with an autistic son?!
Yes they would because the idiots you mention are cowards like all football hooligans.

Ooooh bitter aren't they!

I actually cannot stand Norwich, they claim we are cheating but they go down easier the Bournemouth players, they did the same last season.

The old "I'd rather watch us and lose" line. Good, because you will not get the chance to watch a team as good as ours regularly. We have a better owner, manager, coaching staff, players, tactics, results, fans and ground. I could go on but they would still suggest that it's better to watch their ineffective brand of football.

I was trying to think of words strong enough to properly define my continued thoughts on Norwich, then it struck me, the word ''Norwich" is enough, anyone who has experienced them or the place, knows exactly what you mean.
