A constant chorus from scabs of ‘is this a library’ should tell us all we need to know about todays atmosphere. I can garuntee the city ground will be hell for us

Thought the Shoreham was in good voice today. Perhaps our players need a hostile environment to buck their ideas up a bit.

We got away lightly with just a goal defeat. Forest will attack from the go which should suit us but every player has to step up 10 fold from that. The noise at their place will be immense. Like the lane once was, that’s just 1 issue we are going to have to deal with

A group of 4 salad-dodging Florist fans started giving it the big ‘un on Cherry Street post-match and got a deserved shoeing which was quite satisfying to see.
Yeah cos violence is definitely the answer 🙄

Well if our players have got owt about them they will embrace the hostile atmosphere and thrive on it, not wilt like little flowers. They need to be going to Nottingham on a mission to turn round a 1 goal deficit, play really well like they are capable of, and take it right to em. Now is the time for stout hearts, not soft buggers.

Whilst the team didn't do itself justice yesterday, there is only 1 goal in it and it is very much game on. The last minute goal was a life saver for us.

Said it before and I'll say it again.

Forest as a team deserve their promotion, they've done very well and Cooper, despite looking like a crap Bond villain, again, deserves what he seems to be getting, done very well. But I hope either us or whoever they get in the next round absolutely dicks them over purely because their fans have become so insufferable.

Trains have air-brakes, so even the slightest failure of the braking system would cause the brakes to lock on and bring the train to a stop. So not only was it a shitty thing to say even in jest, it was stupid/uneducated 🙂
It was also tongue in cheek, and more about stopping in Derby.

They do seem to have some fat, ugly fuckers following them. Most of them have an arse the size of Brazil, and a face like a robber's dog. The seats in the City Ground must have extra strong bolts supporting them......

'They lost at home to Reading. They just 'wobbled' into the play-offs.'

we were 5 points clear of 7th hardly wobbled
he didnt see us destroy fulham obviously

Yes one got knocked out outside Industry tap pub before game

Quite funny that.

The kid who did it didn't look like the type at all and the collective 'oof' as he floored him was amusing.

Then came back into the Tap to pats on the back 😄

As the Forest fans were getting escorted past the Nelson, a few of them diverted down the side street presumably wanting to charge at all of the Blades fans from around the back.

They succeeded and got to within about 30 yards of everybody.... then stopped.
Bounced around on the spot giving it outstretched arms and hand gestures and waited for the Police to tell them to move on.

Absolutely pathetic.

Absolutely.

No shame in admitting they've been very impressive in the last two games against us. Their fans on the other hand...Billy big bollocks cunts. I don't know where their entitlement comes from, spent about as long out of the top tier as our illustrious neighbours haven't they?

Rapid success I think. They've got confidence and momentum. They've seemingly become the darlings of football for now, just become super arrogant.

To be fair a few of our fans had the same problem when we were somehow doing well in the prem.

If we don't make it to the prem this time, I hope Hudders do, because natural justice would say finishing 3rd at the end of the season, they deserve it.
'my money' is on hudds to go up. Been steady all season and zero attention or expectation on them Forest would start to feel some real pressure in the final build up (think us 2003).

I was on the Kop and it was really loud until their 2nd went in. Surprised by this comment.
I could barely hear the Forest fans either.
Maybe the acoustics of the stadium are a bit shit?

I’m sure it was loud on the kop. It didn’t travel much and I was on gangway A on the south stand.

They were exactly the same on our train home. Singing about Wembley, then came over for a chat.

Utterly convinced they’d batter us at home and claimed they were so much better than us it was laughable we might get a result.

Couldn’t take a bit of banter back and one guy got aggressive, then stormed off for what looked like a cry, came back all friendly and did exactly the same thing again.

Just odd. Yes we’re underdogs but we’re only 1 goal down.

Never judge a book by it's cover ,many a person has come unstuck

22 years outside the top flight I think?, similar to the pigs, think they are a big club, hope they fall at the final hurdle, again.

I couldn't agree more, Football Focus, Look North, etc. Wilder on everywhere, media couldn't get enough of him. However, season we went down it could not be more different, media no longer interested in the "folksy manager" who goes to work on the bus. Where is he? I remember,he slipped out the back door at the same time stuffing( £4 mill) was it in his back pocket. It's the best job in the world, you get compensated for failure. As for us fans"he marched us up to the top of the hill and he marched us down again".
