We would be mad to let Billy go this window. We should aim to keep him at least until the summer 2021, provided of course that he wants to stay.

I also think we should be using him more in the PL. Use him more, he wants to stay, so no problem.

Billy did Didsy’s role yesterday, holding up, link up and assists. He was outstanding and it won’t have gone unnoticed.

We're in a position of strength and CW is building something and looking to cement the Blades in the EPL.
We don't need to sell, but we do need to strengthen, especially in defence.
Plus £30m!!!??? Would need to be double that amount!

Exactly. The point is we want him as a player and / or coaching staff, but through respect to him wouldnt stand in his way of him playing Championship / MLS , whatever, IF that's what he wanted.

Stearman and Bryan have been replaced by Robinson and Rodwell.

Every other position has at least 2 players, we have 6 strikers for 2 positions, overfilled if anything.

True, but we have 6 midfielders for the 3 positions (7 if you count Osborn). I doubt we can shift Ravel this window to make space for a better Norwood replacement, so I'd guess we'll wait till the summer where we can let go of Ravel, make a decision on Besic and sign a like for like playmaker.

I’m not sure why we need to shift Morrison out before we can sign cover/challenger for Norwood. Wilder seems to still think we’re bringing someone in.

True again, I assume that the club want to limit the size of the aquad and the wage bill, but if a good challenger for Norwood is available we can probably afford to pay their wages and the last 6 months of Ravel's wages.

We are massively light all through the squad. We may have numbers but in terms of depth of quality we are severely lacking at this level.
