Chris seems a bit pissed off in his interview ..not sure if he likes the new guy from radio sheff or what but there was no laughing and joking like he does with Andy Giddings ..
Isn't he always like that in interviews though?

I love CW but he doesn't come across great in interviews, quite hostile a lot of the time.

I've listened to 11 seconds so far and I reckon it's the first question that did it, what a poor way to start off an interview that is supposed to be about Sheffield United. Why ask Chris Wilder a question about Harry Maguire and an inflatable Unicorn?

Might just be me but CW seemed irked and the whole interview didn't flow like most...

Thought the same. Not sure Chris likes Mike that much, who does ask some daft questions tbf, although Chris could have humoured him abit on the Harry question. The Lunny question in Mike's first interview didn't exactly get them off to a good start either.

That being said I think Chris has sounded less patient in most interviews this season.

Didn’t sound like a happy man today. Dismissed pretty much every question!

Probably something to do with being asked stupid question after stupid question.

Agree - he was just asked a whole host of nonsense and I would have reacted in the same way. Why as questions about other teams, players and managers when we are sat top!? needs to up his game

Wilder is extremely affable if you're not a daft twat, and once your card has been marked you may as well send someone else if you're Radio Sheffield.

That Lundstram question took him off the Christmas card list. Further pointless questions aren't helping.

The young guy from RS seems to approach the business of interviewing as if he had something of value to add. So much of what he asked was obvious and naive. Mike (?) needs to consider what he wants to get from Wilder - ask a daft question and you'll receive a daft reply. Enquiring about other teams and what Wilder thinks of their newly appointed manager has little or no relevance to what this interview should be about. Perhaps Mike should have a chat with some of the seasoned professionals at RS and learn that he doesn't have to impress or work quite so hard to make a point.

Sounded like some primary school kid had won a competition to interview a local football team manager.

The campaign to put Harry Maguire on the £50 note, is a product of the social media revolution. Chris Wilder is an old school realist, I’m sure he like most of sound mind, thought ‘What a load of fucking shit’
