I think sometimes trying to keep a group happy is a waste of time, it's like the guys that used to be on tv, trying to keep dozens of plates spinning, it's bloody hard work, exhausting and despite all your work the plates stop spinning and smash on the floor. You have to accept not everyone is going to be happy, will Fotheringham be happy if he doesn't start, will Brewster, Bogle etc not to mention the others that get a game but not in the position they want
