In the 1991-92 season, Leeds won the league with 82 points. Pigs 3rd with 75. If they had beaten us twice, and we hadn't got beat by Leeds last home game, they would have won the league.

Their greatest ever team and we still dicked them.

1. Worthington or King handballs a vicious shot from Whitehouse in the second half, but pretends it hits him in the face.
2. I’d forgotten what a snide get Hirst was. Tried to hurt opponents a lot, but didn’t have much to back it up when it came to the pushing and shoving afterwards. We had a few thugs but they were a bit more up front about it! Something Wednesday demonstrated more recently (Ross Wallace, Bannon being notable examples). Hardly surprising, you would have to be a bit of a weasel to sign up for that shower.
