People are writing Ramsdale off far too easily based on what (lack of) protection he faced last season. But are bugging up Cakir based on a YouTube compilation.

I’d rather have Cakir but I don’t see Ramsdale as a huge downgrade at all.

As I mentioned in the other thread, I've love us to buy Ramsdale and loan him out for a year or two. If Cakir works out as we hope, he's probably going to have a lot of admirers at a level beyond ourselves so having some long term plan isn't such a bad thing.
However, I wouldn't pay over the alleged bid which has been made. It's a bonus though that we can afford to wait while he plays a year in the Championship for Bournemouth and go in for him again next summer if they're not promoted probably at a lower rate.

No wonder he wants to come to us! We’ve probably sweetened the deal with a full gas hob and a swimming pool of Hendos to liven up that lamb.

When he 'closes his goal' , does he use roller shutters or sliding folding doors ?

Either way , it's a pretty neat idea . :)
