U21 Fixture Info

according to a news reel from bolton our under 21 side are playing them
mon 12th oct 7pm in leyland...
u21 prem cup

but i cant find any info on our site to confirm this.
fancied a night out with son but dont want to go to some non lge county ground middle of nowher
if its not actually on..

anyone know details for sure?

I'm not sure what is happening with U21 games as i thought i heard Adkins say che would be playing for the U21's against Wolves Wednesday but couldn't find any info on ours or Wolves site.

Think the u21s are away to Chesterfield at Staveley's ground this coming Monday (5th Oct) 7.45pm kick off. This is in the South Yorks / Derbyshire / Notts league thingy that has started this season.

Although I always class Staveley as the pigs of the local non-league scene, play in blue and white stripes, think the owner's a pig, even the initials SMWFC inspire nothing but pork, for step 5 they have a tidy little ground, with a decent club house. Well worth a visit on Monday night.

OK, indeed its all getting complicated. Just to clarify:

U21s : this is Morgs team, the reserves if you like, and they are indeed playing at Bolton Wanderers on 12th October, in the U21s Premier League Cup, at Leyland 7pm KO.

The U21s did indeed play a friendly at Wolves yesterday, but it wasn't advertised

We also have U21s and U19s in the 'Futures Programme'. These sides play in the HKL North Midlands Central Development League:

The 'Futures' U21s are at Staveley on monday night. Good bar, terrible paint job at Staveley.

I was at Olivers Mount (Handsworth) last night to watch the u19s. Good game, and somewhat keenly contested shall we say.

The Futures U21s were at Buxton on wednesday night.

Again, if you google the North Midlands Central development League, it will provide a link to the FA Full time Web site, where results, tables and fixtures can be found.
