Yes, it was a sad day to be Blade but on a more positive note what about the following season - I know it was the 4th but so what, Keith and Bob scoring for fun, Colin Morris on the wing and of course Darlington. Let's hope Exeter is something similar.

I was at the Walsall game too. Any Blade who was there has no justification moaning about how the pig fans acted v Palace when they were relegated. We were worse on that day.

Don't tar us all with the same brush dkc. I was there but did not go onto the pitch. Just stood there in silence and utter disbelief.
Cannot remember how many in the crowd that day (can you help here Darren?) but it was one of the lowest of the lows (BDM is probably the worst scar).

Having stated that - what fun we had the next season.

Bit surprising we've brought in a left back, rather than a right back though? As we have Taylor back now and Williams also back in training, while I assume we're not trusting Conneely to play, even today?

FFS! It's only bloody Walsall! Attack or bust! Ched, Cressy, Will and BT should make hay tonight!

And it was Walsall too back in August who played so well at the lane and stormed into a 2 0 lead until we won 3 2 in the end.
