Refreshing isn't it? Having a manager who actually has a clue about how to create an effective football team, being the manager of Sheffield United.

4 wins on the bounce, 3 points off top of the top spot in the league AND playing some chuffing lovely football at times too. I'm starting to feel some positivity creeping in!

Big game next week against Scunny who've had a cracking start to the season. Get a result there & I actually might start to think we have a chance of pushing for that top 2!

Well in Blades, more of the same please!

Very good win today. Definitely not there yet but we could have easily conceded today yet didn't. This league is going to be wide open again. The consistent teams will go up. Just need to keep going as we are, steadily improve and cross fingers.

Win at Scunny then we can start believe.

Interesting to see teams that we expect to be challenging struggling at the moment.

Division is still very tight though as its early days, 3 points off the top but 6 points off the bottom 3.

Confidence and belief, it helps. We're getting a bit of swagger back and as daft as it sounds, you can get used to winning.

3 points next week and we'll probably be in top three where we are going to stay!! I'm stuck on the isle of man but I hope the fans will go to scunny in their droves and give the lads 100% support

Finally a home performance where we showed passion and spirit. And a clean sheet as well!

It seems like wilder has installed the belief in the team that we are going to win

Well I have to say I was not in favour of the appointment and up until three weeks ago I thought he was out of his depth...

...at the moment I am delighted to admit it's looking like I was wrong and the, club have got the appointment right. Credit to him for turning what looked like a squad of total strangers just a month ago into a,side brimming with confidence.

What a signing EEL looks!

Goalkeeper my MOM but who cares we won....
good game by Bash in midfield as well...

Moore was outstanding. Ebanks-Landell looked like a tank in defence, Bash was good and I have no idea how Matty Done is physically capable of keeping running like he does for 90 minutes. Excellent performance and potentially a VERY valuable 3 points.

its the sum of the total team being decent that will get us up
and its only that which will achieve it

the signs are its developing into one capable of going for it

I presumed Lafferty was injured and the substitution was forced, I thought we looked better inthe first half with the three at the back and the five across the middle, if the substitution was forced why didnt we keep the same shape that has been working and bring Hussey on? They had more of the ball in midfield in the second half and I was getting a little nervous at times because they started to play through us.

Enjoyed today.

Thought we played pretty well against a decent side, who will probably be challenging at the right end this season. Dug in and ground out the win.

EEL, Moore, Basham all had really good games. O'Connell looked a decent left back too (i'd say better than the specialists we've signed)

Hopefully this becomes a habit. What a difference a month makes too, the fine margins were going against us at the start of the season, these are now turning for us. We've got our confidence back and I hope we can push on after a slow start like WIgan did last year.

I think Posh's real threat was breaking through the middle - they didn't offer much out wide. So Wilder binned the wingbacks and our wide midfielders played narrow. Seemed a fair call to me given Posh's spell of dominance after the goal.

As it turned out, they had plenty of attempts from 25 yards, but we were ahead on real chances. So Wilder was vindicated.
