Shamrock Rovers left-back Trevor Clarke is being watched by scouts from Southampton and Sheffield United, according to the Irish Sun.
The 19-year-old, formerly a winger on Middlesbrough's books, has impressed since returning to his native Ireland last season.
36 games and one positional change later, Clarke is already being backed as a future international by manager Stephen Bradley, and both Southampton and Sheffield United are seemingly keen to see what all the fuss is about.
The Irish Sun reports that Clarke will again be checked on as Shamrock host Dundalk at the Tallaght Stadium on Friday.
