I'm on a direct train from Waterloo. No probs. Other Blades on it too. South Western Railway. Didn't realise you could travel from Victoria too. Not sure my one stops at Fratton. We'll get off at Portsmouth and Southsea.

I'm going Waterloo to Fratton, on the Northern Line now and it's all good atm.

I've only ever gone there via Waterloo. Except about 35-40 years ago when they used to do direct Friday overnight trains from Sheffield, getting to Pompey at the crack of dawn on Saturday morning.
