They’re not as nice as they used to be in my opinion, seem to be thinner and not a substantial if you know what I mean.
Same with Mars bars, seem a lot smaller than when I was a kid…..
Although I suppose I had smaller hands…😁

Nah deffo smaller, remember Wagon Wheels? They were called Wagon Wheels for a reason not castors.

My son works in retail. There’s an official term for it, shrinkflation.

If its the same at Pro level, you might be able to log on to the system at 12:05pm and see if hes registered?

This was a few years back and i believe somethings have changed, but if it is still the same, the main question could be (which is still very valid for planning), will he be starting, on the bench or not involved.

Does anyone know if Cannon has been registered tomorrow’s match?
The deadline to register any players who want to play in tomorrow nights match was 12 o’clock today.

It’s surprising that there’s no news/ rumours when it all agreed by the clubs a few days ago.

Yes he has been registered in time but we’ve not signed him yet

Doesn’t make sense - they'll have all day tomorrow if it's announced today or tomorrow morning anyway.

And they still won't really know till 7pm.

If we actually made the deadline , are we just not bothering to announce it ?

They’re probably not as worried as we are about the announcement because they know it’s already done & want to throw Hull off.

God knows why but they’re the mind games we play these days!

You could look at it the opposite way, announce him now and their players might not get on the team bus 😉🤣

Wouldn't normally bother me but with CW being confident this morning that it would be registered by noon , the delay is a bit puzzling.
I can't imagine it's to mislead Hull coz they'll be aware of it and still wouldn't know if he'd start or be on the bench or not even in the squad.
They'll just prepare as if he was here and might play , as with any member of our squad - he's just one extra on 20 odd.

I'd say it's more likely that if we got it done in time, we're just doing the promo and socials stuff. And that's said without lolz. I don't think it'll be done to trick Hull either.

Reckon because we’ve paid a decent fee and ‘fought off’ other clubs, this one will get milked on socials content.

Do you remember the chocolate Dundee biscuits?
As in the big fuck off versions, used to get them for 2p at break time in school,
Well, I did at Silverdale, and before anyone gets all mean to me and says I was a posh twat
I was expelled at a previous school and this was the only school that would take me on at the time

Anyhow, I used to distract the older school kids who was selling the Dundee biscuits and pinch a couple
So I ate three and paid for one - could never eat anything at lunchtime that’s how big they were…..

We've got Campbell back (though probably not able to do 90 minutes), Brewster got a goal and BBD will likely start on Friday, would Cannon have started?

I can see it being similar to when we signed Berge and Brewster, they did loads of crap, I mean content for those two.

I was behind the counter in the tuck shop at Norfolk School and remember selling them for 3d…….the king of biscuits
