The advantage of a Friday night win is that you can sit back and enjoy the other games.
Leeds v Burnley could be a decent game, a draw would be good, I don't want Leeds to get momentum.
It would also be good to see Sunderland slip up, but I suspect they are too strong for Wayne Rooney's Plymouth.
And to cap it all off with a Sheffield double would be very pleasant. Come on QPR!!

And our players get an extra day of rest/training ahead of our next game.

Luton taken the lead at Millwall.

I don't remember Bogle being half this bad playing for us, jesus

Would rather Burnley win than Leeds, a draw ideally.

Wouldn't worry after 5 games .
If we play our own game we will be in the top 2.
Funny feeling west brom might be in with a shout but along way to go.

Bogle mistake nearly lead to a goal

I heard from someone ITK that his real name is actually Agent Bogle.
But don't tell anyone - especially L**ds fans. Just want to say that its all very hush, hush and secret...

Not bad results really.

Despite the monumental fuck up that sees us giving everyone a 2 point start we are top 6 after 5 matches and a win away from top.

Our actual form is joint second on goal difference.

Doesn’t feel we got out of third gear yet either.

Leeds are natural losers and bottlers

Burnley's possession stats are interesting this season. Very low. A complete reversal of last time in this league, with very much the same/similar players

Burnley also hugely overperformed their xG which also suggests they aren’t all that after their mass departures.

Got to be happy with 3 points from top after our -2 start. And also nice to see Sunderland aren't really that unstoppable. Leeds as such short favourites is still a joke

There's always huge pressure to win at Leeds. I think that's a problem for them. The unrealistic expectations of the fans. They genuinely think they should be up there with Liverpool, Arsenal and the Manc clubs. Given the size of the city, they really should be PL regulars but they keep sacking managers and replacing players when things don't click. They came close to establishing themselves in the PL with Biesla, but then fired him when they lost a few games.

Technically I think Leeds and Burnley have the best squads, but that doesn't always lead to success. The ability to play as a team and anticipate each others' movements is at least as important as having good players. Still, I think they will be top two, with us as possibly an outside bet to take an auto spot if one of them falls apart.

No idea who'll finish in the play offs apart from one of the three mentioned above. It won't be the Pigs, Portsmouth, Plymouth or Oxford and on current form unlikely to be Cardiff or Preston, but you never know. Very early days yet. Any team can put a run together. My guess for top six:

Burnley
Leeds
-------------
SUFC
Sunderland
West Brom
Derby

Pigs, Plymouth and Oxford to go down. Rooney and Rohl sacked before Christmas.

There is an argument that if we had kept McBurnie and Egan we would have the strongest squad in the division. Even as it is we are probably close.

Only 3 undefeated teams remain.

Given our next 3 fixtures, we could be the only team left undefeated at the end of those with just under 20% of the season completed

(As long as we take those games seriously)
