To the Early Leavers

There is a bloke and 3 young girls about 10-12 years old who sit in front of me and they always leave with at least 20 minutes to go ,never fail.

I left early at Watford a few weeks ago. But there weren't many United fans who managed to sit through the whole embaressing 90 minutes of that debacle!?

Bloke i sit with wont leave early for half time or full time. He'll also never go to the toilet during a game. He's sat in pain 100's of times needing to piss.

I remember when we played Morecambe in the cup he was sat in our usual seats (i bought late so couldn't get mine) and i sat elsewhere. He was on his own so i moved to an empty area in the stand then phoned him to come down to us. He wouldn't leave his seat until half time.

Now that's dedication!

I used to drive down from Leeds and used to get awy with a couple of mins left but now I come down on the train - much better.

Can have a beer or three and my wife picks me up in leeds, no problem and it gives me a proper football day out

Saturday was fantastic as was the real ale and the excellent grub in the Rutland Arms!

Don't understand anyones problem with early leavers. As a rule they wait until some break in play (a shot into the stand, Monty finding touch, an injury) before they bugger off. Can't say I've been inconvenienced by them at all.

Late arrivers and late back from half timers, however, are always bollocksing my line of vision. Twats.

Bloke along from us always goes with 5 mins left to catch train. On odd occasion I get first train back I wait until after full time whistle, walk to station, get on train, and tell said bloke what he misssed when he left.
