Time to question Wilder.

the only time I’ve ever questioned the Wilder appointment was after this game and interview. There is another thread out there where there were rumours of a bust up and the CW wasn’t on the coach home with the players. (In fact as we all know now he was and had stopped the coach for beers from an offie) I thought we were sunk and in the following game when Oxford took the lead it’s about as low as I’ve ever felt...

from then on... well it’s unbelievable.

I thought that Oxford match was going to be a flash in the pan and we'd be back to our usual losing ways at Gillingham.

But no, we won there (which I remember prompted chants of "how shit must you be, we're winning away!").

In fact, we didn't lose again until the 29th of November.

I must admit, I thought he looked like a beaten man here and was worried he'd quit.
