Thinking the positives..

Last night was just one of those games you have to accept for what it was. Unusual circumstances with the illnesses and wholesale changes, yet still got a point. We’re not going to win every game until the end of the season, sadly, so you just have to accept it sometimes.

Got to say I didn't see any periods where they played us off the park. They had a very good spell from 5th to 20th minute and probably should have gone ahead but apart from them they never laid a glove on us. When they equalized they still hadn't had a shot since half time and they only had two after--a wild shank and the huge chance at the end. We were sloppy but we created the better chances and should have won it on balance of play.

I agree we had the clearer chances but they played around us at will for most of the game. Cooper made a good low save and they had one headed off the line first half. They certainly made chances.

Still unbeaten in 6, massively depleted squad with ridiculous amount of forced changes (like wise for Norwich), was like a 3rd round cup game, where both teams make changes & just want to have it done and over with.

No wonder it wasnt a pretty game. Happy to come out of it with a point overall & no more injuries, althohghtly tad disappointing to get ourselves in front then to conceded a sloppy goal.

Hopefully we get some of the players back from ilness & more of a regular looking 11 Friday. Onwards & upwards.

Ps. Big shout out to cooper to keep it 1-1 in last min with a good save.

Ppssss. Nice to see Arblaster back & involved, although he was thrown in and had to try and do a job, shouldn't be at the stage of starting games yet.

It was essentially a cup team against a side who were also missing lots of players. I don't think you can read anything into it really. Good not to lose at the end to keep the run going. That save will do Cooper the world of good too

Major positive of the night for me, Cooper looked like last years version for the forst time this season.

Personally seeing Chong look like the player I remember against us was a big positive
