Athleticism, creativity, energy, the ability to boss a game, the blend of exciting younger players with a solid and experienced spine. We can all spot gaps or flaws - that isn't the intention here - but to say that generally speaking, from what he inherited, Hecky has shown that he can continue to improve a squad and through his coaching, he can get them playing the best football in the division.
