The only mitigating circumstance is that the board have sold off the whole attacking unit which has contributed to this mess too, the performances are still pretty inexcusable though and the signings we’ve made have come from Wilder, and they are awful. So whether he goes now or in the summer his time here is coming to an end. Yesterday’s man.

It's a huge job to turn the ship around; by turn the ship around, I'm talking about competing for Promotion. You're talking 6-8 transfers windows with competitive backing if things go smoothly. CW is 58 years old. He's there to keep us in the division through the most painful part of that transition and to hopefully build us up a bit for his successor. That's the depressing reality of the position of the club and the shape of the squad. A lot of fans are struggling to adapt to that reality, which is why we are getting all the online noise. There's a false perception that we're still one of the Championships powerhouses.

A restart needs to involve more than manager and coaches. The whole set up need a better structure, academy, scouting, style of play put into longterm plans. Finance being the difficult part. Make plans for attractive offensive football, we'll never win trophies but we might be entertained, that'll do for me. Start off with how to copy Brighton/Brentford both selling clubs but very attractive

Completely agree pal.Do we wait until we get new owners then which could be a while or hope they realise what’s needed and take the appropriate action? Listened to Brighton CEO Paul Barber talking about their model,it was a great insight into how they go about it.We’re a million miles away from that but we’ve got to start somewhere.

Owners know fuck all about football, not a problem with a trusted DoF

Bettis knows fuck all about football, becoming a problem

Wilder is, essentially running the club, but doesn’t have the energy, ideas or nous like he did as Mk1 - we have a problem


A big strength in a professional is knowing when it’s time, new ideas needed, your not feeling it

His interviews are deluded and insulting to the fan base. You can’t keep saying it’s good, we’re getting there when it’s simply dire with no plan A never mind plan B.

You really don’t want to see what’s in front of your eyes do you. I spent a bit of money again today (it’s definitely my last) going to watch that terrible show served up,trouble is,it’s been the same shite for long enough and supporters have had enough. This is a wild idea.

Promote wilder to the director of football role, temporarily. Have him oversee the day to day running of the club, finances along with snek, scouting and recruitment etc...for now, with a view to passing that on, in the near to medium term.

I don't trust the owners to rip it all up and start again overnight, for obvious reasons, but we need some freshening up.

Get a new head coach, and his team. Our owners apparently are specialists in medical science, so get a proper fitness and conditioning team in, try and build the academy.

I stress that wilder and snek running g ghe show would be temporary, with a view to allowing some actual pros to do all that vitally important work.

As it stands though wilder and snek run the whole fucking lot, and the team, and the coaching.
