Wilder is gently giving the club a overhaul. Youth, pace and quality. Different types of players. As I said a while ago on here, in a year’s time the first team will look very different to how it looked at the start of this season.

Respect to him for giving the Championship squad a good go at it. And some will remain long term I’m sure. But he’s got options all over the pitch now and is adding youth pace and quality in key areas.
