The Saudi didn't start the same side that got made to look sunday league by Brighton first half, nor has he played Hamer on the wing, nor has he dictated we kick long to Archer, he also hasn't been that unprepared for one of the biggest matches of the season that he starts one up top and five at the back and decides to soak it up. He may be at fault for the resourcing but the execution is absolutely down to the manager. It's all on you.

How after everything we have seen so far this season that people think it would be a completely different proposition if Ndiaye didn't leave is way beyond me.The Saudi threw as much money as he had at Ndiaye so Hecky could build a team around him, and he fucked off anyway.
What should he do, force him to sign?
He had choices, I’m not having this narrative there was nothing he could have done, he was under contract, we had another year, yes he walked for free, we didn’t even make him wait until we’d found a suitable replacement, he was Hecky’s only chance, once this lad was gone we were beyond doubt fucked, we have been relegated since this momentThe Saudi threw as much money as he had at Ndiaye so Hecky could build a team around him, and he fucked off anyway.
What should he do, force him to sign?
Is that Gloria Gaynor? It is not fit that you should sit here any longer. You have sat here too long for any good you have been doing lately … In the name of God go.“

That would be neither rational nor well thought out. The Board, the Management and the players all have to put their hands up and take responsibility. After that rational, well thought out critique our current situation, I shall now fully apportion the blame on Paul Heckingbottom as to why we struggle to stay competitive in this league.
just keep himThe Saudi threw as much money as he had at Ndiaye so Hecky could build a team around him, and he fucked off anyway.

I’ve got to agree, yes hecky as been given a bad hand. But Jesus wept the long ball pumped aimlessly towards a lone 5ft odd inexperienced striker, constantly is a tactical decision. Our players look scared, and nervous, the games in which we’ve picked up points have included own goals, dubious penalties or red cards. Ain’t good enough. I don’t expect us to survive but, go out fighting. Supporters need to sit back and think, do we want hecky managing this team in the championship without the cheat codes that were Ndiaye and Mcatee.
Then I would hope a paid football manager would be able to come up with at least something resembling a plan after he left. Successful one or not. We don’t have anything like one.Seeing as Ndiaye was the focal point of preseason and we recruited players to fit around him, how can it not be seen that his leaving had an effect on the plan?
I’m not saying it would’ve been different had he stayed, but let’s be realistic, Ndiaye was the plan.
Did we not recruit most of them after he had gone?Seeing as Ndiaye was the focal point of preseason and we recruited players to fit around him, how can it not be seen that his leaving had an effect on the plan?

I see he was tweeting about Al Hilal as the final whistle went at his club who embarrassingly rolled over to have their belly tickled at home to a relegation rival.
He couldn't give less of a fuck
How would you improve on “execution” with a squad that is clearly miles short of the quality needed to compete in the PL? If Mercedes put a Reliant Robin on the F1 grid, would Hamilton be responsible for failing to win in it?The Saudi didn't start the same side that got made to look sunday league by Brighton first half, nor has he played Hamer on the wing, nor has he dictated we kick long to Archer, he also hasn't been that unprepared for one of the biggest matches of the season that he starts one up top and five at the back and decides to soak it up. I can take losing but we look like we are a five a side team that was put together on Facebook, even Wrexham would give these fuckers a better game than us atmI agree but he still needs to fuck off
