It’s a standard Adidas top that’s now been discontinued hence the reason why there are none in the shop and why the club has tried to palm white goalkeeper shirts of to supporters. A real opportunity missed though out of the clubs hands on this occasion

Its a version of Uniteds regular white shirt and black socks which we had in the 70's and under Harry in the 90's and again with Warnock in the 2000's - see below. Always makes a decent away kit I think.

I think the purple shirt could become a classic, nice simple design without any of those daft bits and bobs added, a case of less is definitely more.

Only bad thing about it is the orange and green crap dolloped on the back. I'd have bought one for my mum if it wasn't for that.

They did the same with the black one too. Seems a bit harsh to advertise and sell an away kit which is then practically changed after only being worn in matches on a hadful of occasions.

Last season that black and orange kit was lovely.
