Maik Taylor sticks his oar in:
Birmingham City keeper hopes to avoid last-day nightmare
If Brum don't go up, it's nothing to do with Palace. Just like if we don't go up, it's nothing to do with Palace.
Birmingham had the chance on Saturday to remove all doubt and they blew it. The only people to blame are themselves.
We could have been in second spot now if we hadn't have drawn so many games. The only people to blame are ourselves.
I certainly don't expect any quarter from Palace... they owe us nothing (except perhaps that our poor defending got them a point at BL earlier in the season.)
Let's cut the conspiracies, stop trying to shift the blame to cover any eventuality and get on with it.
The pressure should be on Birmingham - no one else.

...And adding to the spice are the facts that Palace are managed by lifelong Blades fan and former Bramall Lane boss Neil Warnock and Eagles chairman Simon Jordan is hardly Blues’ biggest fan.
“I have been going through all the permutations all week leading up to the game,” admitted Blues goalkeeper Taylor.
“All the conspiracy theories will start with Sheffield United playing Palace and it being Neil Warnock’s old club.
“I am sure that Palace will be fired up. It’s their last home game, they are professionals and they will give it their best shot.
‘‘But obviously we would rather Sheffield were playing someone that had something left to play for at the end of the season.”
