On look north a couple of weeks ago they reported .Huddersfield had recorderd a profit cannot remember exactly how much but I think it was around £18/20 million ,they may have gone down but it should put them on a stable footing100% agree on wages.
Not to be a downer but I read a stat about how basically only Burnley have turned a profit this year in their released accounts - despite all the tv revenue.
We need to be sensible with the ‘riches’ supplement out squad on team friendly contracts with a relegation clause in.
Wilder has shown we can compete with a hand tied behind our back - we may need to be sensible and do the same again.
Written us off already mate?!Even in the worst case scenario, we'll get circa £95m, followed by circa £50m the next season, followed by circa £40m the season after.

When do we get the biggest sums, the £35m for home tv rights and the £40m for overseas tv? Before, during or after the season?
We’ve never had anything like this sort of money before. It’s transformative used properly.

On one of the Blades Pods they had Kieran Maguire (the football finance lecturer) on and he said that Sky pay early to put cash in the coffers and stimulate the summer transfer window. Then more people pay for Sky.
