I remember the night match against Watford when we shipped 4. I was more disappointed after that game the next day compared to today.

I couldn't sleep last night so watched some stuff on iplayer.

Can't recall what I watched but I woke up convinced we've got some traitors in the camp.

I slept ok apart from usual necessity to wake up three times in the night for a pee, but I've been like this for years!

When I did wake up you forget the result until you suddenly remember we lost and that is always disappointing to say the least!

It’s happened before but I’m starting to fall out with football again,I was close to not renewing this season after last year,I’m away from March for a while,so that may do me good . Last night was another low,I really felt for the supporters that went to Swansea to watch that performance but that’s always been the same watching the Blades,onwards.

Woke up and remembered what had happened after the final whistle.

Met a few Romanian blokes (about 6 of them) on the Kop with a big purple flag for a Bucharest football team, they asked my cousin to take a few pictures for them as we were leaving, they said they've been going to different games around Europe for last few years and it was their first time at the Lane.

Felt great

For one thing I woke up - had a lovely walk with my wife and dogs , looked after my 6 month old grandson for a couple of hours - helped prepare dinner , booked a holiday , made the fire and watched footie .

Life is great - Utd are part of it but absolutely no where near ruining my day xx
