Yeah, feed The Moose!

Im excited to see him, I think hes gonna be great for us

At the expense of who, Billy, Didsy, Robinson ?

Given that he has to pretty much go with the obvious cover of Moore, Jags, Besic, Osborn and Morrison that leaves any 2 from 5 strikers to start and 2 on the bench, decisions, decisions. I'd say Didsy is probably most at threat with the only other option that he maybe replaces Morrison on the bench.

That pesky Lundstram, he's put a reet spanner in the works :)

Replace Robinson. Hasn't done an awful lot so far

I don’t think Didzy or Robinson has the desired effect in the Leicester game so could be either of them for me. I’d suggest we’d need Mousset to spring the counter attacks as we are not as likely to get as much of the ball higher up the pitch.

He seemed very lively the other night.

Besic wont be in the squad i reckon not untill lunstram plays like he has

The obvious person to miss out if Mouse makes it to the bench is Sharp

Robinson has been underwhelming so far. I'm not convinced his style suits our usual play but is more effective when we're on the break, rather than via our usual marauding centre-backs getting crosses in. Albeit, Didsy still bugs the life out of me with how deep he comes

Expect Team for Saturday to be

Usual back six

Midfield of lundstram, Freeman and Besic

McBurnie and Robinson up top.

Moose to come off the bench.

Only possible change to starting eleven could be Ravel in place of Robinson, but expect either of those two tomplay deeper to get more bodies in midfield and McBurnie up top to hold it up

Has Norwood died?

Nope but not played well against Leicester, Wilder then gave him what was supposed to be 45 minutes against Blackburn and he was dire.
I expect him to be dropped on Saturday
I don't. He's captain and he played well 2nd half v Leicester. He's got a full season of excellent performances in the bank. It'd be mental and nothing like a Wilder move to drop him

I agree he played well last season but has in my opinion let his standards drop, ( ok I am aware of goal assists and goal on Tuesday evening) but the whole idea of the way we have played is to get him on the ball as much as possible and he creates. Unfortunately for much of the Leicester and Blackburn matches he gave the ball straight to the opposition

I didn't see Tuesday so can't comment. Everyone gave the ball away first half on Saturday. Like everyone, Norwood was much better 2nd half. His ability to distribute is the basis of how we play. I think it's insane to even consider dropping him because of a couple of games. How do you replace him? Do you completely change the style? Who's captain? What happens when Norwood comes back in?

Lunny is a support player, dont try to make him the main man. Besic and Morrison are fringe starters who've proved nothing and don't have the understanding of how we play. If we drop Norwood I'll be astonished, and with all of last year's midfield gone we'll be 3-0 down at half time

Wilder will decide who is a ‘support player’ and who is ‘main man’, though I don’t believe for one moment that he thinks in those terms. He’ll pick the players he thinks most likely to get us a positive result in any particular game, regardless of ‘fans favourites’ or not.

There is absolutely no reason to leave out Ollie Norwood, unless he has an injury problem. It simply won’t happen. In any event the idea of players being ‘dropped’ is somewhat anachronistic in these days of 14 man football, tactical substitutions and rotation. I appreciate such concepts have yet to reach the hinterland of S2.
