We have two tickets for the match tomorrow at £34 each and no concessions.... In amongst the Derby unwashed... What I'm wondering is do we stand to attention and belt out the Greasy Chip Butty song?

I know your brother.
Rick.
Pass on my regards.

I only live 3 miles from the ground so it wouldn't be the end of the world if we got shown the door

£34 quid though,,,, to watch that lot. We should be thankful
Mick, problem might not be whether you are shown the door, but whether you are shown your nose on the end of someones fist
Ha.. Ive not got all fighty for around 20 years so I might be a little ring rusty

Imagine being at the lane and 2 Derby fans singing one of their songs in our end. I personally would want them thrown out by stewards as it creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere knowing that it could kick off when a goal goes in or if something else sparks an incident. Having said that I’ve been in the pig end at pigsborough a few times and celebrated like mad when we’ve scored. Difference was there were loads of blades around me and it felt quite safe.
UTB!

I have done that once , ( in away end ) and wont do it again , Man city fans don't mess about when Tony Agana scores and you jump up forgetting where you are !!

I've been in home ends but kept quiet when we score...it's hard, but better than getting a kicking...you do give yourself away a bit when they score and you're stood still not celebrating though.

At Burton this season I was standing behind enemy lines, as it were. Everytime we scored I would stoop down putting my hands on my knees as though I were a Burton fan feigning dismay, but secretly mouthing "Yer beauty, get the fuck in!" :)

Same at Port Vale last season.

Away end is where it's at. Not for bother and that, just often where you can get in. Benefit is you often get ale ( and sometimes (Keith Edwards). Thing is now I think away grounds have realised and blocked similar email addresses. My current ability to buy tickets at a number of grounds when I don't have the points for Unitd end I think has now caught up with me.

Certainly all efforts to log in again have been stopped. I also found it is best to dress like a local...
