It's not a case of them being fit to start. It's more of a case of will they have had enough time around the team and training to slot right into the team in time for Wednesday.

I'd say it's less important that they've had time with the team than if they cannot complete 45 mins+ of football. We've seen many occasions where loan players have been thrown in the day they've signed and done ok as an 'impact signing'. The familiarity will come later.

Switch Baldock for Bogle and McGoldrick for McBurnie and I'd settle for that..... for now.

I fear that playing McBurnie will give the players lacking confidence an excuse to just lump it upfield when they get the ball, and target man he ain't. Holding the ball up is not one of Mcburnie's strengths. When he tries to do this he looks like a giraffe on ice skates!

Only change to that I'd make is to swap fleck and osborn around. Feel Osborn would be better out wide and fleck in a cm role.

Go to a back 5 where everyone is much more comfortable. Gives us opportunity to link down both sides with RND / Osborn and Baldock / Bogle, hopefully the ball even goes in their box occasionally.

What I expect:

4-3-3 same as last time with little attacking threat.
