There are two lineups systems I would like to try. Not that I think wilder will move away from the current system.
-----------------------henderson----------------------
Baldock--------Egan--------JOC---------Bryan
--------------------------Basham----------------------
--------------leonard ----------Fleck----------------
Duffy-------------------------------------Woodburn
----------------------Sharp/Clarke-------------------
I would like to see this work similar to how Napoli (and I assume Chelsea will) under Sarri. The problem is basham isn't much of a "conductor" (however when the Scottish Pirlo is back

). I think it alleviates our weakest area (wing backs) there is natural width to the system. I would still expect the full back on the side which we are attacking to get forward but it should keep us more rigid at the back.
The next system is probably more likely but still fairly unlikely.
-----------------------Henderson--------------------------
-------------Egan----------JOC-----------Bryan---------
Baldock------------------------------------------Stevens
-------------------Evans-----------Fleck-------------------
Duffy-------------------------------------------Woodburn
-----------------------Sharp/Clarke-----------------------
This one is similar to Conte's Chelsea (first year before he went mental). Egan and Bryan would be more "traditional" CB's and JOC when attacking would move up into midfield (think David luiz). Stevens and baldock/Freeman would still have to get forward and overlap the wingers who would be coming inside and playing as an inside forward (woodburn/hazard) and an inside playmaker (duffy/willian). The full backs would carry their runs on to deliver (probably inaccurate) crosses into the box.
Any way it's all pie in the sky we will probably end up playing the same team we started with vs Boro
