I think we definitely need an extra man in midfield and not adverse to going 4 at the back,but I'm not to sure about McB up top as a loan striker,could get isolated.. don't think he's mobile enough,no threat in behind so would need plenty of support from midfielders running off and beyond..maybe Mcatee behind him as a no.10 in a 4411 could work or maybe 4231 with Norwood and Souza holding and Hamer,McA,Archer behind McB
I think Hecky will stick with the 532 and try and tweak a few things.

Our Scottish hero looked very very heavy in the U21 match. Like Davies I think he will be a long way off PL match fitness.

Rudders if true this is totally unacceptable. He's a 'professional athlete' earning £1m+ per year and is overweight? WTF is going on at the club? Where r the nutritionists, where are the fitness coaches etc? If he's ignoring them he needs heavily fining as does any other player out of shape

Got to agree, packing the midfield is our only way of grinding results out, especially away.

451 is the way to go in our next 2 games its negative i know but might just give us a chance of getting some sort of foothold in both games most games were out of it too early by conceding early goals mind have to say the majority of goals we have conceded have more often than not been silly individual errors these have to be cut out if were to stand any chance of survival

Will it be a last throw of the dice for Hecky? Change of formation because it's pretty obvious that this system is not working and the players are lower than a snake's belly. Only positive results will improve confidence so something has to change.

I'm going with 4-5-1 and add that extra body in midfield. Archer would have to play AMC.

McAtee, Hamer and Archer to feed off of and support McBurnie so they need to be energetic for this to work.

yes i would think so if hecky sticks to 3 centre backs thats if he can find 3 fit centre backs personally i would go with 4 at the back with souza playing deep to protect them weve more availability with midfielders just now than defenders and cram midfield with slimane norwood souza hamer and larrouchi with mcburnie up top and archer and mcatee as attacking subs

When did Robinson become a left back? Loads have him there but he's not a left back, I'd keep him in a 3 on the left hand side. I'd also bring Laroucci back in as Thomas looks like a kid on a man's pitch. We need to solidify the midfield so Slimane needs to start

Souza - there’s a baller in there, he’s never played at this level, in the best league in the world, but we have to develop him

You can’t bin off a £10m player after a handful of games - he will be a good player, he’s not on the radar of City world cos he’s shit, he needs time and support, not writing off

Midfield is light, we need to pack it IMO.

Your losing a CB there and not strengthing the midfield, PL clubs will murder us even more.
