Sunday’s game in doubt? - high winds

On BT. What results have we had on BT this season?
Have we won any, how many have we scored?
Liverpool x2
City, Newcastle.
Please fill in while I try and search.

Our TV games tend to go ahead regardless of the weather. I can't remember a game being called of due to high winds, so expect this won't be called off.

Not sure which exits could be deemed unsafe and why.

Newcastle at home was on Amazon Prime.

Going on this site, we've been on BT three times this season and lost them all without scoring... because we were playing Liverpool (twice) and Man City.

Good few years back, 2006?, friday night vs Crewe. All the pavements iced over but it was on Sky so went ahead.

You must have replied just before I edited - no, 0-1 and 0-2 v Pool, 0-1 v Man City.
I know the club earns money from TV but we don't seem to get the results this year.

Wasnt the first game against palace on BT?
Sky.

We've a decent record on Sky this season:

United 1-0 Palace
United 1-0 Arsenal
United 3-3 Man U
United 1-0 West Ham

Compare and contrast with BT:
United 0-1 Liverpool
Liverpool 2-0 United
United 0-1 Man C

and Amazon
United 0-2 Newcastle*
United 1-1 Watford

*the Newcastle result may also be down to the fact that I was there.

Sky TV is fuckin' brilliant. 2.5 points average, get on it more I say.

The only TV game I can remember being called off was Business Model FC at home when Wilson was manager. Think it was due to ice around the ground. The rearranged match was that mental 2-2 draw by which point Morgan was our manager.

Crewe at home years ago: under Warnock IIRC

FFS they can't predict yesterdays weather let alone nearly a week in future. Good sale of tickets for this game already. Hope we can carry on with the 30K run.
In defence of proper weather forecasters (as opposed to Daily Express, etc), we have been looking since Xmas to get a bit of walking in the Lake District. On the basis of the forecast a week ago, we booked a couple of nights, and have been walking in the sun today, and (touch wood) it looks like we've got a similar day tomorrow. So prepare for the gales on Sunday (get Ollie practising in swinging corners again).

To be fair much as dislike BT, I think that their match selection is the biggest reason we haven't done too well on their channel this season.

We did beat Cambridge and Charlton on BT during the FA Cup run under Clough. Think the home draw with Fulham was on BT too.
