at 48 and a lifelong Blade I think I am as disillusioned as I have ever been pre-season.

Plenty of goings seemingly little happening on the replacement front, I really really hope that this is all a smoke screen to keep our signings under the radar until the window opens (its not open and I missed it I hope)

Even the Dingles seem to be doing more than us in the transfer market, its worrying me

I must admit, some of the stories and headlines I have heard this morning are depressing. Kenny to go, Sharp to go and no doubt Monty will be gone soon as well. I really dont know where this club is going. Perhaps McCabe and Birch have some sort of master plan - I dont know????

I said at the end of the season just gone that my investment in a season ticket is in doubt and it still is. I have always supported United and paid my money in good (blind) faith. So far I am glad I have not invested in a season ticket yet as I was starting to contemplate whether I should.

It is very difficult for me to shell out £400+ every season plus all the add ons that go with it and away games. When I see the club have sold a dummy to supporters like this, it makes me even less inclined to renew. Selling our best players does not motivate me in the slightest to go down to the ticket office. For the first time in some years I feel like supporters are entitled to a return on their constant investment. Yet again we're not getting it, so I'm out.
