Can only presume he played like Messi for that half season with Swansea to spend what we have on him.
Something has gone seriously wrong for him to now look like a standard league 2 player.
The first time i was asking a question (?)............the second time i was quoting a fact from the managers mouth...........Ok cock.Yes we read it first time no need to repeat. Of course he’s tightened his thigh deliberately cause he doesn’t really want to play. Just wants to sit on the bench/in the treatment room and “steal his wage”. For crying out loud give it a rest this is just boring know and is bordering on a witch hunt.
Don’t hold back pal u tell it like it isIt's not scapegoating, he's fucking shit, infact he's beyond shit, infact he's even shitter than beyond shit. 5 years is enough time to see that ffs. People judge players way too quickly like some are doing with moore and ohare, not with brewster though, he's had 5 years!!!!!!!, he's horrendous. Easily the worst player to ever play for Sheffield United that has been at the club for 5 years. That is a fact
How's this quote from the ex pro Blackburn commentator as Brewster left the pitch ' For a player who cost more than £20 million , I've had more touches than him today' !IIt’s also amazing how ex professional footballers who commentate/co commentate have a completely different view to some of the so called fans.
The constant bigging up of Brewster by a small section of our fans is Fucking boring. The constant berating of Brewster by a small section of our fans is boring as fuck.
Jesus Christ this place is horrendous at times.
Great result away at a side that was in a playoff position before kickoff and the first thought is to come on here spouting bollocks, slagging off players.
Enjoy the win and mellow the fuck out.
There's more to life than just being miserable and negative.
The constant bigging up of Brewster by a small section of our fans is Fucking boring.
Previous managers having huge injuries across a whole host of players really doesn’t help. Can only presume he played like Messi for that half season with Swansea to spend what we have on him.
Something has gone seriously wrong for him to now look like a standard league 2 player.
Point me to the posts bigging him up?
The only thing I can see is posters who can’t wait to weigh in on him despite a fantastic victory amongst some superb form for the team.
Was outstanding today, and much more effective (again) than O’Hare.
Looked very lively these past few and his link up has been great.
He played well, looked at it for me
Played well tonight
Had a good game. Involved all over
He is getting better and better and will make a difference this season
There is a top top forward in him 100% and I will happily die on that hill
Did very well last night. Looking fitter, sharper and a menace to defences.
Brewster is playing well enough to start.
He started today and he was great
Enough here for you? He’s a quality player, good luck to him!
My Brewpologist reputation follows me everywhere…Enough here for you?
And that's just from this thread!
What’s your definition of a large number? The constant "he'll come good" by a large number of our fans is equally as boring.
Commenting on a performance isn’t really bigging him up is it? Saying he was shit yesterday was wide of the mark though. Still, if you planted your flag sometime ago you stick with it l suppose.Enough here for you?
And that's just from this thread!
This 'large' number is diminishing considerably each game. What’s your definition of a large number?
Profound. This 'large' number is diminishing considerably each game.
Hopefully!
Don’t think the pace is there any moreThere seems to be plan to change his position into an attacking midfielder and I just don't see it. The times I noticed him it was running back towards his own goal and shielding the ball. O'Hare seemed to be ahead of him much of the time. I'd rather just play Brooks or Peck if he's going to do that. I don't really understand the logic. Campbell was noticeably further forward when he came on. His assets are pace and a powerful shot. If you're going to play him then have him further up.
Understandable and predictable. I think his hamstring has gone three times now, and he’s had at least two operations. Each time he tries to accelerate he probably subconsciously pulls back, limiting his effectiveness. Probably knows that next time he’s definitely done. Hope he’s getting good advice from fitness coaches and physios.Don’t think the pace is there any more
At last... some senseBrewster is 24 and has already had more serious injuries than most players will have in their entire career. He has been unbelievably unlucky and had an absolutely miserable time of things. There's no-one else in the squad I want to see succeed more than him.
But there's only so long we can carry him for. It's like playing with 10 men when he's on the pitch. With his contract up at the end of the season we may as well play Marsh or One over Brewster - they're the future and they're the ones we need to focus on developing. I don't see how they could do any worse than Brewster.
I have no idea if Brewster will ever carve out a career in the top two divisions. He has had so many injuries and lost so much athleticism that I think it's going to be difficult. But I'm pretty certain it won't be with us either way. Time to cut our losses and focus on players that can contribute.
Some senseGreat result yesterday.
At last... some senseit's painfully obvious as with yesterday were playing with 10 men, these ridiculous posts regarding " brewster haters " no fucker hates him, we can all see what's happening to him, it's gone on long enough! Time for a change it's never going to happen for him sadly. Step up One, Marsh

It's hard to tell as he's never in a position to use it, he's always stood next to an opposition player.Don’t think the pace is there any more
Division 1 or 2 is probably where he'll play from next seasonUnderstandable and predictable. I think his hamstring has gone three times now, and he’s had at least two operations. Each time he tries to accelerate he probably subconsciously pulls back, limiting his effectiveness. Probably knows that next time he’s definitely done. I’m not sure at 24 his pace will have gone as such, problem’s as much psychological as physical, with good reason
I get your point but the extend to which you drilled it home and that very odd picture prompts me to ask if you are not very well mentallyFor all you lot slagging him off, it's obviously affecting your lives so why not do something about it? Print some pictures of him and deface them with glasses and a moustache, stick pins in pictures of him and say nasty things while you're doing it. Start a petition to make him stop getting injured, print lots of copies and put them on the counter at G.T. News throughout Yorkshire and see how many signatures you get. Better still write to Chris Wilder, tell him where he's going wrong, why you know better than him and everyone else at the club and see what the response is.
So see, there's always something you can do to force a change, or maybe bitching about the same shit over and over again on a message board is where it's really at.
