Understand the negotiation tactic aspect but I think with Souza the risk is just too great that we end up getting very little. I doubt 15m would be Fulhams first offer also

Once palhinha leaves Fulham for Bayern Munich, I can see souza going to Fulham. His tackling/interception/duals stats are very comparable on paper. I actually think he'll do alright in a better team with better players where his job is just to break up play and pass 5/10 yards. Just not for us.
