Agree losing Vini was a big loss-but losing Anel, Vini, Moore was too much.

Anel v McGuiness - Anel is better
Vini v Matos - Vini is better
Cannon v Moore - Moore is better

Peck looked good with Vini at side/behind him, Peck now looks a total liability.

We didn't get Cannon as a replacement for Moore though, as he was already here. Maybe a fairer comparison would be against Bamford, even though he came later. In that case, we have undoubtedly ended up with a superior player.

Similarly it might be fairer to compare Vini to Riederwald. That's a tough one, as both have great qualities, but I would perhaps just give it to Vini as he has a bit more to his game.

His performances at Wolfsburg this year do remind a lot of his time here in the Premier League. He just can't be arsed if things don't go so well for his team. He doesn't seem to have the mentality to handle adversity.
