I have re watched our final game and I don’t get the negativity of some fellow blades

Watching it again, we were definitely the better team for the first 50min and on another day it could have been 0-3.

From 50m to their 2nd goal we were no worse than the home team. Yes for the last 20m we were ineffectual but much of this was as a result of the subs made.

It was nice to see Leon for the last time and CWAK learnt that the Dutch guy is no answer to our forward recruitment for next year

I am not panicking but trusting CW to improve us again like he has done every year so far

I gave my views on this in the earlier thread. I agree with some of what you say but I only thought we were the better side for the first half hour and thoroughly deserved our lead. The period up to half time and all of the 2nd half we offered nothing

Yeah I thought we played well to be fair for most of the match. It was the last 20 minutes which I thought were utter shite.

In the PL you will get punished if you don't take your chances.

We were the better team, imo, for the first 20-25 minutes. Even when Southampton came back into it, we were creating the better chances. Then it all went to sh*t.
