Two songs for me other than the obvious ones:

- Blue Savannah (Erasure): When I first started going to t'Lane, it was on every pre-match and half time (or so it seemed) so I've just got it linked in my head. Funny what you remember about your early football experiences!

- Mr Brightside (The Killers): Difficult to explain it. It is one of my favourites of all time anyway but lately, it seems to make me think of the Blades. Maybe I think that out of adversity, United usually respond ... Hmmm. That's a bit too deep for Sunday morning!

Cant be anything other than annies song, as soon as i hear that goose bumps everytime. Was in blackpool with the family the other week and was in the tower ball room, they incorporate songs into the ones they are playing on the piano, i couldnt believe it when he started playing annies song i just looked up and thought up the blades got me really excited for the season.

Yep. I was amazed to find it on the jukebox at our local pub so I put it on for my last night playing darts there. Bit obvious really, they knew it was down to me. :thumbup:

No doubt on this one,its got to be Annie's song.
Really can bring joy and tears at the same time.
Might be put in a last wishes list along with a Blades scarf, but we not dwell on that at the moment.

Must be one of the most played at blades funerals. We played it at our sons funeral last year, it just makes it even more emotive when 20k are singing it at kick off! Really does 'fill you up...!'
