Smart phone season pass - please check

I know 3 people that have had issues with the apple wallet and they've had to redownload the season ticket to their phone.

Luckily I'm not an Heathen as I'm on Android so my season tickets are just fine.

Also - charge your phone before you leave the house, you Apple weirdos
 
Call me a Luddite but I can’t see any advantage of the new system. Queues were very slow to move with stewards having to intervene many times and they clearly weren’t familiar with the technology. Bring back the cards. - so easy.

Mines been flawless and quicker all season, very rarely a queue at our turnstiles either. The queues at the south stand looked lovely mind, not much they can do with that other than find a way to add more turnstiles though.
 
Mine had disappeared from the wallet yesterday and couldn’t access on the kop. Asked a number of stewards and none of them could help.

Ended up going to the ticket office and there was a woman outside to help. Sorted in in no time by finding the expired pass and then getting an update from it in a matter of seconds. She was very helpful and a number of others had similar issues

It would be useful if some of the stewards on the turnstiles were at least trained on the simple fixes for the tickets or if they could put out a guide to sort these little issues which are just phone related to save people having to go all the way around to the ticket office to get help
