My iPhone had discarded my season pass when I checked this morning as it’d not been used in a few weeks.

Probably worth giving yours a check before setting off. Dont want to get to the gates and not be able to find it and have everyone chomping up the 5G so you can’t get online

Mine wouldn’t re in state!
I thought before the other home games it’s buzzed and said pass updated and this time I got nothing so checked and it had gone to expired but wouldn’t un hide

I just re downloaded the pass before I set off to the pub!

Apple probably. For the small sum of 800 dollars you can buy an adapter that will get rid of the issue for you, in true Apple style.

On the subject of tech we really need to keep the option of physical season tickets. I was queuing at a turnstile for Watford behind a bloke who had his NFC season ticket displayed as an image and was angrily waving it at the reader. Not an old chap, just not up to speed with how it works.

No problem for me. I spent most of the day flying drones, drinking KEO and eating Souvlaki in Cyprus, caught the second half when I got home but, no sound.

Yesterday, as an experiment I tried last years physical card and happy to report that it worked fine.

Mine worked fine for QPR, but wouldn’t buzz the turnstile for Watford or Derby. Stewards checked it out, tried it themselves, and couldn’t make it work either. Had to buzz me in both times.

I tried the ‘ unhide ‘ route but couldn’t find an ‘expired’ pass to unhide. Tried to download the NCS again but d/l didn’t happen… Grrr - technology!

I hope the Ticket office can sort it…

Not sure whether it's people not using them properly, technical issues, or a bit of both. However, it's causing much bigger queues on the BL side of the SS so far. Plenty coming out of the turnstile and being taken through a side door.

Almost 25 minutes for me to get to my seat from joining the queue (not sure you could call it that - more like a throng.)

Has anyone else noticed that the pass hasn’t updated since the Luton game?
Still shows the ticket for Luton with less than 24 hrs till KO vs Stoke.
If this is just me then HELP, anyone have any suggestions.
If it’s not just me then it’s going to be fun at the turnstiles/ticket office tommorow

Oh shit. Looks like there could be the potential for a wider issue. If it’s not updated by 09:00 in the morning will try to give them a ring.

Mine's showing Stoke. Had no issues at all since the phone system started.
I'm 66 and retired. In the kop queue for the last game there were various people a lot younger than me whinging about it! Just shows that not all us oldies are dinosaurs!!
