he should have just done bullet points

1) he is a PIG give him grief please
2) Hussey and Wilson back in training but the first team is currently awesome
3) the wee little man is back
4) don't worry we will do all we can to keep the big man.

in all seriousness Chris Wilder is the type of manager we have needed for a long time, I hope is tenure is a long one..

Small updates from Wilder in a bigger form -

Doesn't sound too promising about EEL. (There again, signing EEL in the first place wasn't too promising as far as I was concerned then [delighted to have been proved wrong].) CW's got his "list", like he says, mostly no doubt of under-the-radar type players.

It is good to see that we have a manager at our club who has a sense of responsibility but also a sense of humour. Takes the job seriously but not so much himself. A man from my own heart and characteristics of a proper Blade in my eyes. I really do have a warm place in my heart right now for that peerless knight of the realm that is Sir Christopher of Bramall.

  • I like this. Shows passion
2) Hussey and Wilson back in training but the first team is currently awesome
  • Good that he's appreciating the efforts of the players, even those not in the team
3) the wee little man is back
  • gives us options. This is good.
4) don't worry we will do all we can to keep the big man.
  • This is also good
Overall I like this interview. A bit of passion and insight goes a long way.

Fixed it for you. Still no sign of William Henry Foulkes ...

...unless he's popped up on Grimsby and Charlton's forums?

Paul Hirst is defo a Weds supporter - I played against him at Middlewood Rov and with him for Sheff Boys. Like CW - a nice guy, v good player and showing the makings of a v good manager

Based on the above EEL tweet, it appears that perhaps Wolves aren't going to take him back

Well at least they haven't said he is defo on his way back because they want to have another look at him

Also, is it right Warnock has sent scouts to watch him?

Hmmm... T'old Judge was dead easy to spot but unless Foulkesy has started using bullet points and red text he's got me beat....

It was not easy to spot and only because Foxy welcomed him back whereas no one else knew who he was. I may be entirely pissing up the wrong tree, but if you look at Foxy posts in the last 6 weeks, he has a word and says if he thinks that is who he expects it to be, welcome back. (and he was as boring as WHF).

Pissing up the wrong tree here I'm afraid.

If you are referring to the post I think you are, I'm simply welcoming someone to the forum who I believe to be someone I know (well, no, I know it is, I was just being polite :D) who I haven't seen in probably about 16 years.

It isn't who you appear to think it is.

On a point of order e44 that is a 'Number List' not a 'Bullet List' (also called an unordered list) just sayin ;):)

in the morning telegraph the EEL chase gets more coverage
interesting take on our board from Wilder,,, The owners are aware of that, (chief executive) Stephen Bettis is aware of that and we’re having discussions too. “We’ve trimmed the squad and I’m sure they’ll back me, if needed, in a sensible way. That’s what they’ve always done for me here".
puts the kibosh on all that crap our board does not back a manager
