That brings back 6 bad memories, although in a way some of them are still great occassions to remember.

The Burnley one was weird, was almost as if most of us knew what the outcome would be.

Bizarrely, I was confident before Burnley because I just couldn't see them in the Premier League. But as soon as the game started I realised I was very wrong...

As for Arsenal, I was frustrated but proud. The others were overwhelmingly awful. :(

And the difference between Sunderland (and Liverpool for that matter) and the other 6?
It has to be neutral ground syndrome? Why do i feel there's one neutral ground missing from recent times? It must be an age thing.

Just talking about this yesterday. Would we have been better off going into the PL? One of the main pissers is that the parachutes went up to £44m the season after, so Burnley have so far pocketed £88m. Where's it gone? Still same shithole ground, poor crowds and no sign of a return to the PL.

Imagine if they were 7 good memories:

if you add the Liverpool Semi, we'd be 3 time FA Cup finalists, 1 time League Cup finalists and a Premier League Yo-Yo club.

And thats worst case scenario, all in 19 years.

:(
