Saw people wild swimming in the Thames at 8am on new years eve and there was frost on the ground. See people in shorts and sometimes just a t shirt quite regularly even in winter.

Well, it is one thing when you are moving and I personally wear shorts well past September but sat on the Kop in shorts in near zero temperatures…. Not for me.
