I said during the game how frustrating he is. What a talent but almost everything he tries doesn't come off. When he starts to click he'll be amazing to watch

There is definitely something up with Hamer , he is not fulfilling his potential as the often tagged "best mf in d league" , not taking any control of mf and petulant fouls.
Is he a little overweight or unfit ?
Is he being made to play in wrong position ?
He's got the skills to contribute more than what we're getting just now.
In Blaster's absence I think CW needs to work out how to get more from Hamer.

Just watching the recording back to get a different view from my kop seat.

Gilchrist - two things :

1.Just no point in him getting forward.
A few times he got himself into a great position from which to cross under very little pressure but inexplicably didn't take the chance.
Simply turned backwards and passed up the opportunity.

2. A few times when Mackems on attack he drifted into centre , completely abandoning their LW who was thus in loads of space.

Both these signal to me that he's very much NOT a natural RB and from his second half is much better as a CB.

It is unfortunate that he is getting shoehorned into RB , maybe due to the terms of his loan to get appearances , despite Anel & Souttar being ahead of him at CB.

And because he's R footed , he's really behind Robbo when Anel or Souttar are out.

Imo , Seriki is now a better RB.

Bit of a conundrum for CW.

I just saw their manager totally blank Wilder and moved to Knil ( i think), as he (Wilder) was approaching him for the obligatory handshake. Rude!

Right, i think second half yesterday they actually played better when gilchrist went to centre half, i know were playing him at Right back but he still doesn't look entirely comfortable there, so against wba we should be ok, although any more sendings off or injuries in the game and it's anyone's guess, at least the game after well be back up to full strength
