I'll enjoy the win
But I will hate the performance because it's not a one off, we've won a lot of games this season by creating 10 seconds of decent play and 94 minutes of shit.

It's reached a point that after being in the Premier League we face financial ruin if we don't get back there, and if we do get back there these performances, which are our forte, will be absolutely crucified, and the same thing that happened last season will happen again.

Agreed we didnt play well but a moment of quality (Hamer) is the difference between the sides. Brewster came on immediately made a difference and we end up 2-0 winners, another clean sheet, top of the league. After last season take that any day anyone who grumbles at that is a ........

Well that was wank, but in terms of positives One and Davies got some useful minutes in and allowed others a bit of rest. JRS wasn't good today but is getting zero assistance, Moore was piss poor again after coming on, that Plymouth looked more comfortable on the ball than we did is a concern

I think anyone who watched that would agree & say 'yep we were a bit shit but still won'. However its another 3 points, clean sheet & top of the league, happy days

However what we all don't do is stamp our little feet & wee our pants cos we didn't score 4 or 5 & dominate them.

Games against Plymouth and other bottom sides are always potential banana skin games where anything could happen, look at Leeds and Preston, a game where most people would have predicted a Leeds win.

Had we made it 2-0 a lot earlier, we might have played better and probably gone on to win by more as Plymouth knew that while it was still 1-0, they were still in the game.

Now hopefully Norwich will beat Burnley tomorrow, giving us 3pts on Leeds, 5pts on Sunderland and 7pts on Burnley.

I’ve just got home from the lane....A bit of a reality check I think today, yes we had a few key players out, but so did they. I’ll take the 3 points all day long, but that was an awful game, played by 2 poor sides on that showing. Results have gone our way on many occasions this season, we’ve got away with points when we could have easily got none. I’ve not been comfortable watching most games this season and are more than relived when the final whistle blows. The season so for has totally exceeded my expectations with regards to the points tally, but my enjoyment at the games isn’t high, we need some quality in midfield and up front.... our forwards are simply not good enough.

cant remember the last time we so underwhelming & yet won 2-0. as soon as we took the lead, we werent at the races & decision making was poor in attack.as the saying goes in darts. "they dont put averages on the trophy" its 3pts & clean sheet. 7pts from 9 in a tough week. no-one will remember the performance but they will remember the result

i love Gus Hamer. but Cooper was Robbed today, without him & we couldve easily lost 2 or 3-1 today

Glad to get the 3 points,but we never had control of the game and made Plymouth look half decent...I suppose it was a bit of a free hit for Plymouth,ans with a bit more quality could have come away with a result.
I'll put it down to being a bit threadbare,key players out and players also stuggling for fitness,but we haven't kept the ball well enough again,it's frustrating to see other teams knock the ball around,and us giving it back so quickly.
Top of the League though,and another clean sheet,so can't complain too much.

Just got in.

Probably the worse performance of the season. Thankfully our defence and goalie are always excellent.

The midfield didn’t gel at all, just shows how we miss Vini Souza and One struggled up top looking knackered.

Plymouth easily the better side regards general but they have zero quality up front where as we score out of the blue from a piece of Hamer brilliance again.

We looked really jaded as though half the team didn’t want to play. However in fairness, Wilder did mention in his post match interview that his team are threadbare with some playing 3 matches in 6 days, so overall he can’t complain about the performance and at the end of the day it’s another 3 points.

Our best player probably Hamer, who was the best player on the pitch closely followed by Cooper who showed yet again what a fantastic signing he was.

Also thought the early subs changes the game in our favour with Shackleton and McCallum showing plenty of much needed energy.
