Hecky has had a pretty easy run all season, no major pressure where he's had to earn his stripes. The last few weeks he's had some work to do with the squad and we have absolutely crumbled. What a wasted opportunity which we are going to feel the impact of for a long while.

Rule #1 Pick your favourite players no matter how badly they play week in, week out.

Rule #2 Pick one formation and set of tactics and play this all season, never adapting or changing.

Rule #3 Get the ball to Ndiaye and hope he can do something magic on his own.

Rule #4 If we're winning be happy with 1-0 and don't try to build on this unless via rule #3.

Rule #5 If we're losing, see rule #3.

Rule #6 Make your first sub after 65 minutes, and confuse everyone by making the wrong one.

Rule #7 Make late subs after 80 minutes

Rule #8 Bring on Billy Sharp in the hope that he will individually do the same as rule #3, because you know, he's Bill.


Lord help us if we do get promoted.
