He is and he's slow at pushing into midfield when we have the ball.
Was just going to post the same, he loves going really deep for the ball off the keeper or centre half’s, he then does a sideways pass and if it then goes forward he is out of the game, he jogs forward with the centre half’s and so we are light for bodies in midfield in their half while in possession.

This is up there with the worst half of football this season, absolutely set up awfully

Choudary weakens the team wherever he plays but midfield is definitely his worst position. He does that thing where he drops between centre backs during the build up and we lose a body on midfield.

Then he's too slow to get up to step into midfield when the ball is in the final third, so we lose a body when recycling possession after an attack breaks down.

Finally he almost never engages an on rushing attacker, typically preferring to run into the box where his relatively small stature rarely ever wins an aerial duel, whilst allowing shots from the edge of the box.

Really think he should only ever play at right back where he can do the least damage to the team. How this guy ever managed to play in the big league is beyond me.

Can we just give the ball back from corners … complete waste of time

My key takeaways

Choudhury - Absolutely woeful, completely chalk and cheese to last game in midfield, marking no one, backtracking and letting Bristol get every 2nd ball/loose ball

Peck - Looking a bit leggy and tired, reminds me of when he last had long run of games before having a break.

Midfield is a massive issue right now such a big gap between midfield and defence (Choudhury fault, hiding in the backline)

What midfield?

Why aren’t we treating every game like a cup final, we should be playing our best players if they’re available.

BBD - non existent

Peck - mikes off it

Choudary - shit

Rest ok but you can’t carry three players especially 2 midfielders it’s where the game is won or lost

A draw maybe a good result out of this but then if we lose at Cov then this team will look foolish and will be on Wilder.

Hmm not the best half…
